Starting therapy is a big step, and I want to make sure it feels right for you. That’s why we begin with a consultation process—a chance for us to meet, talk openly, and see if we’re a good fit. You’ll have space to ask questions, share concerns, and get a sense of how I work. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and at ease. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable with your therapist, so trust your instincts—this time is for you to decide if I’m the right person to walk alongside you.
Let’s talk about fees openly. My standard rate is $225 for a 50-minute session, which allows me to sustain my practice and give you my full attention. But I know financial situations vary, and I never want cost to stand in the way of your care. If this fee doesn’t work for you right now, let’s discuss it—we’ll find a number that feels fair and doable. And if things change later? We’ll discuss it as part of your treatment.
We’ll also find a time that works for both of us. Consistency matters in therapy, so we’ll choose a weekly slot that fits your life. This is your time, and I want it to feel manageable and meaningful.
